James Duddridge, Member of Parliament for Rochford and Southend East, has run over 60 miles this month to raise awareness and money for Men's Health.
James began the challenge at the beginning of the month to raise money for the Movember Foundation which helps fund a number of organisations which look to tackle issues Health issues affecting men. This includes, Prostate Cancer, Testicular Cancer and Mental Health.
James was able to complete his challenge following a half-marathon distance run last Sunday bringing his tally to 62 miles, following this James said,
"It has been a great month and I would like to thank everyone for there support."
"Last year 4,383 men committed suicide in the United Kingdom, although that is the lowest rate since 1981 we can still do more. This is why I took part in this challenge for the Movember Foundation so Men who are suffering from mental health problems they are able to get the support they need."
