The constituency covers the town of Rochford and the eastern part of Southend, such as Thorpe Bay and Shoeburyness. It goes from Valkyrie Road in the West, includes Westcliff Station and goes all the way to Foulness Island. It goes North of Rochford up to Ashingdon Road and includes Great Wakering, Little Wakering and Barling.
