James Duddridge, Member of Parliament for Rochford and Southend East, is urging constituents to recycle the Christmas Cards they received over the holiday period.
James, who receives hundreds of Christmas cards every year and has recycled all of his, said,
"Every year people across the UK receive millions of Christmas cards. Unfortunately, thousands of these end up in landfills polluting the environment around them. I urge all residents to make sure this doesn't happen by recycling your cards responsibly now that the festive season has ended."
