With preparations for the London Marathon entering their final stages, James Duddridge MP completed his 100th parkrun over the weekend.
The Member of Parliament for Rochford and Southend East reached the milestone on Saturday at Gunners Park.
He first took part in parkrun in October 2016, and has become a regular face at the free, weekly community 5km run ever since.
It's as he prepares for his third London Marathon, due to take place on Sunday, 3rd October 2021.
This year he is raising money for two sucidie prevention charities, Southend Samaritans and The Rose Paterson Trust.
