James Duddridge, Member of Parliament for Rochford and Southend East, attended the third annual Armed Forces Day at Chalkwell Park.
The Armed Forces Day is an opportunity to raise public awareness of the contribution made to our country by those who serve and have served in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces and also gives the nation an opportunity to support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community. The Armed Forces community includes service personal who are currently serving to Service families and from veterans to cadets.
James said
""Armed Forces Day is a fantastic way to support our troops. I took my son to the event in Chalkwell and both he and I, along with so many other adults and children, had a fantastic time. I would like to thank everyone that put on a fantastic event and all those that attended and supported it""
